HOMEMADE HAIR PROTEIN TREATMENT

I have never done this treatment before as I have always said, I am not a natural hair obsessed person I just do what I can and when I have the time. Did I tell you guys that my sister has decided not to relax her hair anymore and she now in the transitioning stage to become a natural... well done sis welcome to the natural hair world. By the way if my sister can keep/manage her natural hair believe you me anyone can, reason for saying this is that she has the most kinky/tough/stubborn hair I have ever seen and so far she’s enjoying being a natural and she has been giving me some natural hair tips.....continue

HOW TO MAKE BANANA OATMEAL FACIAL MASK

I shot this video last week and I didn’t get a chance to share it with you guys until now. I had to shoot the video with one hand while doing other things with my other hand hence the shaky images. So let’s get cracking

What you’ll need:

Banana, oatmeal, warm water (you can use warm milk instead of water)

  1. Mix a few spoonful of oatmeal with warm water (or milk) and leave it for 10-15mins to soften
  2. Mash the banana (I used ½ a banana) until soft
  3. Add the banana to the softened oatmeal and mix well. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes before applying on your face
  4. Clean your face before applying the mask
  5. Apply the mask on your face and leave it for 15-10minutes before rinsing your face with warm water and moisturise.
